Your parts in 3D printing
Additive manufacturing (AM)
We manufacture your components using industrial 3D printing. Show us your application and we'll get started!

This is just a placeholder heading.
Your challenge is our passion
This is just a placeholder text. Don't be alarmed, it's just there to make space as your final text is not ready yet. Once we have finalized your content, we will replace this placeholder text with your real content.
Sometimes it's good to enter text to get an idea of how the text will fill a space on your website.
Our industry traditionally uses Lorem Ipsum, a placeholder text written in Latin. Unfortunately, not everyone is familiar with Lorem Ipsum, and this can lead to confusion. I can't tell you how many times clients have asked me why their website is in a different language!
From the INDIVIDUAL to the SERIES
industrial 3D printing
Regardless of the quantity or application! We accompany your project from the first sketch through to series production.
We have large capacities in SLS powder printing and FDM. Through our partners, we also offer metal 3D printing in SLM and plastics in multi-jet fusion MJF and SLA.
Ready-to-use components
Products you can touch
With extensive post-processing options, we produce your component for the end application.
- Coloring
- Shot peening
- VaporSmoothing
- Varnishing
- Surface coating according to TL A-0003

Reduce your "time to market"
implementation in record time
We at HDC know: Time is Money.
That's why we do everything we can to speed up your development process and avoid machine downtime. We supply everything you need, from the idea or defective component to the end product.
- CAD design / 3D scan
- File optimization
- additive manufacturing
- CNC post-processing

Absolute design freedom
The biggest advantage
Freedom of design is the biggest advantage of 3D printing. Never again be limited by the "demoldability" or "accessibility" of conventional manufacturing.
Integrate all functions in one component instead of connecting different components after production.
Use topology optimization, for example, to reduce the weight of your component.

Precise. Holistic. Individually.

What is additive manufacturing and how does it differ from traditional 3D printing?

3D printing is the colloquial term for additive manufacturing (AM), in which a three-dimensional object is built up layer by layer from a digital model. Material such as plastic, metal or resin is applied layer by layer to form the desired object. 3D printing is often used for prototypes, individual parts and small series production.
Do you also offer post-processing and finishing?

Yes, we offer various finishing processes, including the insertion of thread inserts, vaper smoothing, shot peening and coloring. In particular, this allows surfaces to be refined, material properties to be improved and components to be visually customized.
How long does it take to manufacture a component?
The production time depends on the size, material and manufacturing process. Individual parts can often be produced within a few hours, while larger series take a little longer. Simply contact us free of charge for a more precise estimate!
Are your materials REACH and RoHs compliant?
Yes, for most materials such as PA11 and PA12 etc. we can supply you directly with the material manufacturer's CoC. We also have comprehensive technical data sheets and safety data sheets for all our materials.
Are there 3D printing materials of biological origin?

There are several materials of biological origin in 3D printing, the best known being GreenTec Pro, PLA and PA11. These polymers are made from renewable raw materials.
open such as corn starch or castor oil.
Is it possible to order metal parts with subsequent heat treatment?
Distinctive heat treatments are available for most alloys. Simply contact us and tell us about your application.
What 3D printing technologies does HDC offer?
We can offer you a wide range of different technologies. In addition to SLS and FDM, we also offer components using the SLM MJF and SLA processes. We will be happy to help you find the optimum technology for your application.
How do I recognize meaningful use cases for 3D printing in my own company? What can you print?
Regardless of the industry, regardless of the department, whether in the office or production, regardless of the product, we know that EVERY company has use cases for 3D printing that save money, time and resources.
We will find these together with you.
